Downstairs loo with sink unit and washing machine dryer and boiler.. Upstairs a super king bed in a gorgeous bedroom, separate toilet and separate bathroom with free standing bath, walk in shower and sink unit. Beautiful views across countryside and out to sea, Lie in the bath and enjoy.

The cottage also has a large south-facing patio to the front, which catches the sun and offers stunning views across rolling countryside to the sea, the Cheviot Hills, and renowned local landmarks such as Bamburgh Castle and Holy Island/ Lindisfarne. Perfect for al-fresco meals or a sundowner cocktail!

Practical mod-cons included (free Wifi, Smart TV, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, etc) as well as books to enjoy and a real log burning stove. There is also full central heating throughout.

The Location

Enjoy this peaceful spot tucked away on a quiet farm and surrounded by fields. Fabulous views of sea and coast. Close to the historic town of Berwick-upon-Tweed, Holy Island, Bamburgh and many other local highlights. Lots of stunning sandy beaches nearby, with the closest beach a ~15 minute walk / 5 minute drive from the cottage. Extensive walking & cycle routes to explore too. Cycle route to Holy Island is a short ride away and goes along the beach route very safe

The cottage is in a quiet location, at the end of a dead-end private road on our farm. While it is quiet and private, it is a working farm - so there may be the occasional tractor passing by during harvest in summer and 1-2 cars from the adjacent cottages.
