Traditional, sandstone cottage with plenty of character and new luxury interior throughout with super comfy beds, down pillows and quality white cotton bedlinen. Downstairs is the light and bright living room with its cosy fire, new kitchen, including all the must-have kit and new bathroom with large power shower. There is an also a small room for boots and coats by the back door, perfect for getting back from the beach or exploring the outdoors! Upstairs are the two bedrooms, both with new comfy beds made up with high-quality linen. The large master bedroom offers a king size bed, as well as a chaise longe for a quiet reading nook, or just a chill moment to take in the views. The second bedroom can be made up as a twin or king room as you prefer (please request in advance for king).

Views of the sea from every room, as well as the rolling countryside, Cheviot Hills, and renowned local landmarks such as Bamburgh Castle and Holy Island.

Practical mod-cons include free Wifi, Smart TV,  coffee machine, as well as books to enjoy, and a living flames fire in the living room. 

The Location:
Enjoy this peaceful spot tucked away on a quiet farm and surrounded by fields, but close to the historic town of Berwick-upon-Tweed and many other local highlights. Lots of stunning sandy beaches nearby, with the closest beach a 10 minute walk / 3 minute drive from the cottage. Extensive walking & cycle routes to explore too. You can walk to the beach from the cottages by walking across a field if you prefer.
