Traditional, sandstone cottage with plenty of character and new, luxury interior throughout with super comfy beds, down pillows and quality white cotton bedlinen . Downstairs is the light & bright living room with its cosy fire, all-new kitchen including all the must-have kit, and all-new bathroom with large power shower. There is a also a small boots & coats room by the back door - perfect for getting back from the beach or exploring the outdoors! Upstairs are the two bedrooms, both made up with high-quality linen and new comfy beds. The large master bedroom offers a king size bed, as well as a chaise lounge for a quiet reading nook, or just a chill moment to take in the views. The second bedroom can be made up as a twin or king room as you prefer (please request in advance for king).

Views of the sea from every room, as well as the rolling countryside, Cheviot Hills, and renowned local landmarks such as Bamburgh Castle and Holy Island.

Practical mod-cons included (free Wifi, Smart TV,  coffee machine, etc) as well as books to enjoy and a living flames fire in the living room. 

The Location:
Enjoy this peaceful spot tucked away on a quiet farm and surrounded by fields, but close to the historic town of Berwick-upon-Tweed and many other local highlights. Lots of stunning sandy beaches nearby, with the closest beach a ~10 minute walk / 3 minute drive from the cottage. Extensive walking & cycle routes to explore too. You can walk to the beach from the cottages by walking across a field if you prefer.
